What Tummie Does

Tummie is a gut health tracking and insights app. It provides daily symptom, food, sleep, mood, and bowel movement logging, a calculated Gut Score (0–100), AI-powered pattern detection and predictions, personalized multi-week health plans and protocols, menstrual cycle tracking with gut-health correlations, push notification reminders and insights, and an educational content library with articles and guides.

What Tummie Is Not

Tummie is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or clinical service. It does not provide medical diagnoses, prescribe treatments, or replace professional healthcare. The app is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.

All content, insights, plans, and AI-generated recommendations in Tummie are for informational and wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by Tummie. If you experience severe symptoms, seek emergency medical attention immediately.

Tummie uses artificial intelligence (via third-party large language model providers) to generate personalized insights, predictions, adaptive questions, and daily recommendations. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your individual health situation. You should not rely solely on AI-generated advice for health decisions. Tummie does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated insight or prediction.

Account Creation

You can create an account using email and password. You may also begin with anonymous access, though some features require a full account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@tummie.app of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free & Premium Plans

Tummie is a paid subscription service available at $9.99/month or $29.00/year, with full access to AI pattern detection, personalized plans, the complete content library, cycle-aware insights, and advanced analytics. A 3-day free trial is included for new users.

Billing & Payment

Subscriptions are billed at $9.99/month or $29.00/year through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your 3-day free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription management (cancellation, renewal) is handled through your app store account settings.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Tummie does not directly process payments or issue refunds.

You agree not to: misuse the service or attempt to access other users' data; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; use the service for any unlawful purpose; submit false or misleading health data with the intent to manipulate insights; attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or payment systems; use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service; or interfere with the operation or security of the app.

All content, features, and functionality of Tummie — including text, graphics, logos, icons, health plans, educational articles, algorithms, and software — are the exclusive property of Tummie and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.

Your use of Tummie is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and share your data. By using Tummie, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Health data you log may be processed by third-party AI services to provide personalized insights, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Tummie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights will be accurate. Tummie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to health outcomes based on app content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Tummie at any time. You can sign out of your account and request data deletion by contacting support@tummie.app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Tummie after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with changes, you should discontinue use of the app.
